Windows 10 - Factory Reset your PC through Command Prompt

You can perform a factory reset if your Windows 10 PC is sluggish or behaving strangely, or if you simply want to sell it. Here's how to factory reset your device with Command Prompt.

Open Command Prompt first. To do so, type "Command Prompt" into the Windows Search bar, then select the Command Prompt app from the list of results.

Type: systemreset  - -factoryreset
and press Enter.....

The "Choose an Option" menu will appear after that. You can either retain your data by removing apps and settings, or you can delete anything.

Note that simply removing files is faster, but it is also less secure. However, removing your data and wiping the drive will take a considerable amount of time (5-6 hours).

Also keep in mind that removing the files and cleaning the drive makes it more difficult, though not impossible, for someone to recover those files.
Next Screen will tell you that PC is ready to be reset.
Click "Reset" to reset the device.
